This former GHF Homes Tour participant moved by barge from its lot on 71st and Broadway to a new home near Teichman & Offatts Bayou. After the move, this house is ready to be called a home again. Updated roof, plumbing, pilings, electric, & HVAC. Two large living rooms - one on each floor. Vintage kitchen and secondary bath are complemented by modern baths in the primary suite & the guest suite. Guest suite is attached to main house via covered breezeway - it would make a great guest room, office, or 'mother-in-law suite'. Secondary bedroom could be easily made into 2 large bedrooms.
